Together we act! is Erasmus+ project, initiated by Terra Sintrópica and village e.V., for those that are engaged in migration and asylum policies or practices and are eager to work for more legal pathways for persons seeking asylum in the EU. Together we will reprocesses personal experiences and knowledge of participants and identify key elements along the process that have supported or complicated your own arrival in society or that of persons you have accompanied. The processed knowledge will be used to consult the freshly initiated network EASA:Together (European Alliance for Solidarity Action) that consists of NGOs working in innovative community-building and integration based on art, culture and permaculture, the Portuguese Refugee Council, universities and legal experts and researchers. The networks’ aim is to improve collective sponsorship processes in Portugal, Spain and Germany – the reception of persons with refugee experience by groups of private individuals or initiatives. We understand the experience, knowledge and action of the participants as crucial for the creation of a more human, tolerant, diverse and respectful transcultural society.

How? Together We Act!" explores the potential of collective sponsorship while empowering young individuals to develop their activist skills and projects aimed at fostering a more sustainable and resilient Europe. Over a 12-month period, we will establish an internal structure and collaborate closely with EASA: Together. During this timeframe, we will offer upskilling modules covering various topics, including regenerative design, asylum and migration law in Portugal, Spain, and Germany, urban intervention strategies, artistic expression in activist work, and strategic consultancy. These modules will be tailored to meet the specific needs of participants. Additionally, participants in the "Together We Act!" initiative will engage with network stakeholders to shape the design of the collective sponsorship process. They will also support legal geography researchers in developing legal recommendations that promote effective integration.

How it looks and feels in real? We can say its really great! To learn, dance, do dishes and feel the knowledge and power of each person emerging in the group and the joint aim. Our Kick-Off in Oberhausen, Germany, brought together a diverse and extremely skillful group of young people with and without refugee experience, from the fields of law, human rights, dance therapy, engineering, social work, and community art.

• UM3 Communication & Outreach 
• UM4 Selfawareness & well-being

Hearing all these voices, languages , feelings , scents , tastes , sounds, and moves —while sharing the accumulated experiences of colleagues from Portugal 🇵🇹, Turkey 🇹🇷, Iran 🇮🇷, Germany 🇩🇪, Afghanistan 🇦🇫, and Italy 🇮🇹—produces incredibly powerful energy ⚡ and makes us all feel strong, rich, and motivated.
